Item Title
C-6 Memorandum of Understanding with UNF for 2010-2011

Issue/Rationale
Legal contracts and agreements with colleges and universities must be approved by the School Board. The Memorandum of Understanding allows continuation of the present SPRINT/EXCEL positions. Approval would allow us to continue this cooperative relationship with the Univerity of North Florida which greatly benefits both the district and the University.

Recommended Action
Approve the Memorandum of Understanding as presented.

Financial Impact
Cost of Clay County is one-half of each of two teachers' salaries and benefits.
